Community Law Centres Aotearoa – They have downloadable fact sheets and legal guides on a range of issues.  They also have links to a wide range of useful websites. 

Family Court - Te Kooti a Whānau Aotearoa  - The Family Court of New Zealand deals with a wide range of issues but many of them involve the care of children.  This website explains many of the things you might want to know if you are coming to the Family Court, or just wondering whether the Court could help you or someone you know.

Youth Law – Tino Rangatiratanga Taitamariki  – National organisation providing free legal advice for children and young people under 25 years old.  

Ministry of Justice – Te Tahu o te Ture  Government department site with information and publications about the court system, justice system, the family and victims services and rights, and much more.

Auckland Disability Law  – They are a Community Law Centre which specialises in legal help for people with disabilities.

Citizens Advice Bureau – recently updated website which has lots of useful information and links

LawAccess - LawAccess is provide by the Legal Services Agency, and has plain English information on areas of New Zealand law where people often experience problems.  These include the Legal Services Agency’s info sheets, as well as information from other government and community organisations. 

Courts of New Zealand - Nga Koti a Aotearoa - On this site you will find information about the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and District Court.

Department of Labour - Te Tari Mahi - Government department site with lots of information about your rights at work.
